Event Terms & Conditions

Cancellation

If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking, for whatever reason, please inform the event organiser as soon as possible. Costs for ticket cancellation will be as follows: 

  • For cancellations made up to one week before an in-person event, a full refund will be issued.
  • No refund will be made for bookings cancelled closer to the event or for non-attendance on the day, except in exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of ChaplaincyPlus.

If you need to cancel your place please ensure you let the event team at info@scienceandfaith.co.uk know at least one week prior to the start of the event, any cancellations made after this time will still incur full payment.

Cancellations of events

In very rare exceptions it may be necessary to cancel an event. In these circumstances, participants will be informed as soon as possible and all participants will be offered a full refund or the chance to transfer to another date for free.

Covid-19 and in-person events

In terms of Covid-19, we will be following the government advice as well as any protocols put in place by the venue for our in-person events to keep everyone safe. Please do not attend a course in-person if you are exhibiting any Covid symptoms or following a positive Covid test result.

We are also offering some of our events online as an alternative. If you have any questions about a specific event, please email info@scienceandfaith.co.uk.
